How it runs
Three phases, each with a clear finish line.
What happens in each phase, what you approve, and how long the first phase takes for a team your size.
Three phases, each with a clear finish line:
- 1.
Connect and diagnose
We meet your leaders about their goals, map your tools to the people who use them, and interview each person about their real work, from the dock to the billing desk. Your team’s ideas go onto a shared plan, and the leadership readout ranks every opportunity by readiness and impact.
- 2.
Build and train
We build the selected improvements. Small fixes are a focused skill or connection, tested on real work: a carrier invoice check, a dispatch exception alert, a reply drafted from the order record. Larger builds run as a scoped project with weekly check-ins. Training uses your team’s actual tasks.
- 3.
Share the upside
You pay the platform fee, plus the agreed share of gains you have verified against your baseline. You own the numbers. Your finance lead confirms every gain before it is billed.
Phase 1 timing
Starting estimates by team size.
Timelines depend on access, staff availability and integration work. We confirm the rollout scope and schedule at kickoff.

- About six working days
- 10 to 100 people
- About four weeks
- Over 100 people

Required interactions
We build what the outcome needs and no more.
For each selected idea we check the eight interactions it needs:
